The Canterbury Planning Board received a Subdivision Application for Benjamin A. Matott, 75 Intervale Road Map 249 Lot 14 &15. The application is to annex 3.1 acres of land from Lot 14 to Lot 15 and to subdivide Lot 15 into 1 additional residential building lot and to create a new 30’ wide access easement across New Lot 15-1.
The hearing will commence at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at the Canterbury Town Hall during the regular meeting of the Planning Board.
