All are invited to join the Planning Board on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to discuss housing in Canterbury.
The meeting will begin with an Open House at 5:30PM, with the presentation and discussion beginning at 6:00PM.
Topics will include Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), the Cluster Ordinance and potential mixed-use options and workforce housing.
New state legislation related to ADUs and multi-family residential will be reviewed.
Most importantly, this is an opportunity to discuss housing concerns, needs and options in Canterbury.
