NOTICE of Public Hearing, that the Canterbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2025, at 7:00PM in the Meeting House, located at 7 Center Road, Canterbury, NH.
The purpose of this hearing is for proposed Warrant Article Amendments to be voted by ballot at the first session of the Annual Town Meeting, March 13, 2026. There are proposals to amend the Ordinance to comply with 2025 State Legislative changes, create a Wetland Setback Ordinance, define and ban Data Centers, define gross living area, and eliminate Cluster Subdivision Ordinance.
