The Town of Canterbury performs quarterly water testing on the well that services Elkins Public Library and the Sam Lake House. We missed the sample submission deadline in October, so NH DES has issued a violation and are required to post it on our website and at our buildings.
This does not mean the water is contaminated, just that we missed the deadline. We will be correcting this mistake immediately.
