The Town Clerk’s office will be open on Monday, September 7th, 2026 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. to accept absentee ballots or to issue absentee ballots for the September 8th primary. All other Town Offices will be closed for Labor Day.
The election on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 will be held at the Canterbury Elementary School (15 Baptist Road) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Town Offices will be closed for the election since all staff will be working the election.
You will be able to register to vote on the day of the Primary at the polling place. To check your voter registration status, go to ‘View My Voter Information’ at: https://app.sos.nh.gov/viphome
